How Many Time Should I Post,Tweet,Facebook or You Tube

I was watching one of the Video Boss Live shows on Saturday and one of the guest on the show was Paul Colligan a Social Media Expert.One of the Interesting comments he made was the number of times you should Post to Your Blog,Facebook, the number of times you should tweet and the number of videos you should publish per week. He guidance from a lot of testing was the following:

1. Post to you Blog Once per Day.
2. Tweet on Twitter 8-18 times per day.
3. Posts to Facebook <3 per day.
4. New Video on your You Tube Channel 3 per week.

Also he mentioned it does not always have to be original content from you, you can use the curation model where you use someone else content with there permission of course and give them credit.  When you curate you do more than copy paste, you copy and comment and add value to the content you have borrowed.
